Boring & 'suay' Week - Daddy's version
that's 'bad luck'. things didn't really go right for me, sometimes effort alone just isn't enough.. luck does have it's role.. the week begin quite as usual.. then starting tuesday, things start going wrong.. My guppies start dying one by one for no apparent reason, no sign of sickness, no bites, no injuries, just found them floating in the morning. Then I discovered the right side of my New Balance shoe have a hole in the front! it's the pair which i loved so much, it's black and one of the few models which my fussy 4E wide feet can wear and it's no longer in production, and my left side is perfectly fine! sheesh.. Then i discovered today just after lunch that the 3x$50 in my wallet mysteriously disappeared, i double-checked in the morning and it was there. Ok! I'm gonna try to avoid doing too much, going out too much and try to stay home, I'm certified 'suay' for this period of time, how long? i dunno, but I'm gonna go slow and be extra careful atleast till the end of this week. Tmr galgal's gonna go with charlene to town for a massage at noon and i'm only going out to meet her after she's done, atleast tmr's morning taken care of for now..

Boring Week
Nothing much this week actually, just meeting for dinner after work, walk ard a bit. Making a bit of future plans, chit chatting and taking walks home instead of bus/cab. Trying to inject some romance back into our relationship bah. Haha.
Talked and discussed abt lots of things like frens ard us and some issues, still trying to know more abt each other though been together for a long time.
Yesterday was spent shopping with a fren and him, today we're heading to Clarke Quay to support a fren's booth at the flea market. Hehe, hope we will have lots of surprises and some good finds. Was looking at the archives and realised we have been blogging for a yr liao! Phew, time really flies. Hope this will continue for at least couple of years bah. Hehe.

Finally out of that place!!
And I mean Hospital, Can't imagine i lasted 3 days without food there.. sheesh. 72hours cannot eat but smell the food of patients' around durng meal times, big needle in my hand for the saline drip, trying to fill myself with jugs of H2O to make the hunger bearable, 4 hourly of finger pricking and squeezing blood out for sugar level tests, daily drawing of bottles of blood.. and the end result? "Mr Lim, now we know there isn't a tumour in some organ and we will schedule another appointment for u to conduct another series of tests" the doc said with a grin. !!!*pulling ym hair* all that to tell me I've free of one of the many possible cause of my symptoms.. haiz.. atleast i can now cuddle galgal in my arms and 'sayang' her and she don't have to have that heartpain anymore.

Tired
Hubby's finally discharged from hospital today. Been rushing to and fro to the hospital and back home from Monday onwards after work. Glad he's finally out and able to break fast finally. Kaoz, 72 hours fast for nothing. Felt so heartpain when he was on drip on Monday, I know how uncomfortable and painful it is cos I have been on drip twice before. Porr Hubby. He looked so sad and weak for the past few days. After visiting him, my heart kindda feels tight and painful. Really had to control myself from breaking out into tears when I leave the hospital. Hope everything's fine and they stupid hospital can really find out the cause asap. Waste of time and money there.

*poof* Jimmy's back
keke.. of coz i'm busy la.. but with good excuse! you may think this is not the 1st time I'm using 'busy&tired' as an excuse but how about working more OTs & taking up more freelance jobs even on saturdays and sundays(haven't had a day break for 2weeks) so that i can speed up my savings and marry galgal sooner? Still a lousy excuse?, go shoot urself then :Pthere's one thing that greatly worries me now is galgal's situation in the company.. beside the usual unreasonable customers and heavy workload, her manager seems to be bias against her and 2 incidents to support my suspicion. 1) There was someone downloading non-work related program fron the internet and the IT dept complaint to the boss, he called up a meeting and gave a warning to everyone but.. kept he stared at galgal while he was making his point. Nvm that, at the end of it, he said 'don't know who it was but IT dept can trace', huh?? if he didn't know who it was then he must have 'assume-d' it? just because the complains came in only after galgal joined the company? let me explain a little bit about the word 'assume' and why i hate it so much. Breakup the word you get 'Ass-u-me' which for me, it means 'making an Ass out of U & Me', rhymes? Anyone who lives on that 'assume' principle alot either in work or play will likely be a failure because not making sure and/or being too plain lazy to find the facts and uses 'assume' to work their way through causes hell lot of problems. If you encounter such people before, you'll get what I mean. 2) This one really pissed me off when i heard about it. 2 person, belonged to an ops dept which galgal works closely with, were having an argument and got called into the manager's office. Then one guy started blaming everyone else that they are making it hard for him to work and gave a few examples then galgal and one other colleague was mentioned and so called to the manager's office too. The guy's complain was he asked galgal for an info but instead told the another guy, because galgal was closer to him. But according to galgal this guy asked her for the info in the morning and the customer didn't gave her an answer until in the afternoon, then conincidently the 2nd guy(he works afternoon) came in and asked galgal for the answer, so galgal told him. Then this manager(same as the above-mentioned) blamed galgal for creating the misunderstanding between these 2 guys and said she should have told the 1st guy when she got the answer. But these 2 guys are working in the same dept, and if the someone is asking for the same info from that dept and when asked by someone else from that dept and she gave the info, definitely her part is done right? I mean whatever happens within that other dept is not her problem. then this complaing guy complied about galgal's colleague too with the thought of pushing blames away and making it look like he is the victim here.. Having one or few of these type of colleague in a co. is probably not unusual and is bearable is things don't get screwed up too often. But having a manager like that? haiz.. I just feel that if galgal is getting these type of unneccessary stress must too often then she should probably move on, the basic pay maybe high but the non-compensated almost everyday OTs and with a boss mentioned above, it's not worth it. Whatever it is galgal, daddy always by your side. muackz.
Sigh...
Sigh.. Someone has not been blogging for sometime... Guess the same old excuses will be used again.. Too busy, too tired, then the usual, I will blog next time no matter how tired or busy I am etc.Sick of it, damn bloody sick of it.
