Sleepy Monday
Though I been slogging away the whole day, but I still feel so sleepy. *yawnz* Lotsa work to be cleared and followed up. Supposed to get the quotation from a dealer last wk for our D&D prizes, but was so busy and dragged till today, tmr is the D&D committee meeting liao, haiz. Hopefully can get it done by today.Called up the dealer and looked for the person my colleague previously looked for our previous D&G, but she was engaged on the line, will call back later then. I feel as if I'm gonna fall asleep anytime liao, sigh. On one hand, wanna go home and just sleep away, but doubt so I can get any peace at home. See hw it goes later bah. Hubby is gog to see the specialist, think he's probably already there since his appt is at 3pm. Hope everything turns out fine bah.Alright, back to work again, dun wanna do anymore OT, damn sianz...

Happy 32nd mth Anni!
Hehe, I slept early last nite actually becos I was really, really exhuasted after working hard for 1 wk. Partly also cos I wanted to wake up early to give Hubby a surprise. Dragged myself out of bed at 8am, after shower and put on very little makeup so that I wun scare him early in the morning. Went to supermarket near Hubby's place to buy e ingredients, but it was raining after I finished marketing. So had to call Hubby and trouble him to come fetch me. After reaching Hubby's place, I "shooed" him to the room to rest while I prepared breakfast. Me kindda clumsy and anxious at e same time, so scalded my finger, sob sob. made pancakes with maple syrup, bombay toast and cooked chicken & vegetable soup. Glad it turned out ok and Hubby like it, hehe. We watched Phantom of The Opera and chatted with Charlene on MSN. Decided to go Far East to eat chicken rice together and after that went to Party World KTV to sing. Hehe, overall, a fun-filled day with lotsa laughter. Love Hubby, muacks!
32nd Month! Love just grows stronger!
Happy 32nd month anni to galgal and me! hehee.. galgal gave me a surpirse by coming to my house and cook me breakfast. she actually sleep and wakeup early to goto supermarket and buy all the stuff and initially wanted to appear at my doorstep then surpirse me but it suddenly rained and she had to ask me go fetch.. really touched by her *MUACKZ* a big kiss and hug for her! Can't wait for her yummy pancakes to be ready..
Later we gonna goto Far East for her fav chicken rice then take some photo cards... no plans yet afterwards.. hmm.. we shall take a step at a time la.. today we just relax and spend time loving each other.

It's a smelllyy day!
Why? because yesterday me and galgal went to eat the smelly beancurd stall in geylang, been awhile since we went there..haha tried to ask her friends to come with us but they all chicken'd out! Alright, to be far, the smell must be really bad for 1st timers.. but for seasoned smelly BC eaters like me and galgal, the crispyness on the ouside and softness and tastiness on the inside.. the smell is just forgotten.. hehe.Then nowhere to go after that so took a cab back to my house.. then something happened, galgal crossed the road on herself without looking at both directions and almost caused an accident.. sheesh.. when i wanted to hold her hand to cross she didn't want to and wanted to cross on her own.. call it the LEO EGO.. and this ego almost killed her and killed me emotionally.. till now i just can't forget about the fact that she almost lost her life in that stupidity.. what happens if she's gone? then that will mean I'll be as good as gone as well..

Super duper busy
Been very very busy from last wk till now cos of work, been working OT since last Wed. Though not very late, but it still adds up and I'm so exhuasted... Sob sob.Had lunch with Hubby ytd cos he couldn't meet me last night. Hopefully, I can finish my work early today and no more OT. Sianz.. Gotta go back to my pile of work again, sigh... Sunday Ending, Monday coming, argh...
Have been sick since CNY, first the cough, then flu and now diarrhea and vomitting, argh, sucks... Been very caught up with work recently, due to urgent shpmts, lots of changes, trying to find available vsl schs desperately, only to get ans like vsl all fully booked till Mar. Sigh, STRESS~~~I still dunno the cause of my diarrhea and vomitting, whatever I ate on Friday, Hubby ate too, but he's fine. Ytd when we went Far East to eat chicken rice and salted veggie with duck soup. I didn't even dare to eat too much for fear of diarrhea and vomitting again. But eventually, I still did, vomitting mainly caused by the stuffiness of the life that made me feel so suffocated, yikes. Hubby had wanted to go Carrefour to buy a rack, but cos I was feeling terrible, he brought me back to his place instead. We had a gd nap together and I was already feeling better when I woke up, haha, the power of love? =p Went to my place nearby to have our dinner before Hubby sent me back. Today planning to cook curry chicken and dunno wat else, haven't planned. Haha, will go look at the recipe book I borrowed. Till then, adios~

TGIF!
haha nothing much happened these days really.. except galgal has been really bz with work and she went to meet her ex-classmates for dinner at Bedok North Blk85. we didn't meet the day before because i finished late at Jurong.. so die die ytd must meet coz miss her alot :PSo went there and saw her with them.. so i waited for her to finish while i go get some food.. then she finished as i was finishing my cai fan and she came along with one of the girls who happen to live near her.. think it's just a few blocks away. So we shared a cab back loh.. because galgal and that girl not feeling well... Today didn't go far, initially wanted to go else where for dinner but instead settled for dinner at a cafe opposite galgal's office.. coz one of her 'sister' had to finish work late.. no plans yet for this weekend, hopefully can make up for the time lost for being together.. *muackz galgal*

Dizzy....
Woke up this morning feeling very dizzy, was deciding between getting MC or gog to work. But thinking of the unsettled issues and fty is coming back to work today, better not. Dragged myself out of bed, late again and asked Charlene if she wanted to take cab.On the cab, I slept all the way till we reached office, seriously too tired and giddy. Thinking wanna go see a doc later and get MC, but seems that I got to drop that idea liao. Just got a call from shipping agency, the vsls that I tried to book all fully booked leh, sob sob. Haiz, gotta search again liao... Back to work....

Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day to all!!
Hehe, the only bad thing is it falls on Monday, start of the work week. Not that busy as I expected today, probably due to fty ppl will only be back tmr. Overslept in the morning, maybe cos during the holidays everyday slept in late, hehe. Saw 2 gals selling flowers in front of my office building, kaoz, so early sia. Past few days seen loads of ppl carrying bouquets of flowers, more or less envy and feel happy for them lah. But now, both me and Hubby hvg financial crisis, so Hubby's love and ring is more than enough for me leh, hehe. Cannot be too greedy!
Can't wait to meet Hubby later, still cannot get enough of him, hehe. We had a very simple day ytd actually, gog to the library together to borrow books, something we have never done b4. Borrowed a recipe book and a romance novel, Hubby borrowed a book on "Feng Shui". Only sad thing was cannot find the book I wanted. Its another series of the love stories that I bought that day, titled "A Whole Lotta Love".
Slept a while with Hubby after gog his place, felt so blissful and satisfied to be sleeping in the arms of ur loved one, hehe. *blush blush*
Alright, gog back to work, already 3pm liao. 2 more hrs to knock off! Wishing everyone an enjoyable day and lots of love! *huggies*

Holiday's ending! argh!
Tmr gonna do back to work!! Dread going to work after such a long holiday.. haiz.. hate this kind of feeling but no choice.. that's the cruelty of reality...
Today planned not to meet but galgal finished her story book which she bought 2 days ago so she kinda craved for more.. sheesh $8 gone in 2 days like that... can't she relax and read abit slower. :P Went to the bedok library in the late afternoon and tried to find a book by the same author.. I searched for the book online and it said it's available there and it's not on loan but went to the shelf and was disappointed, seems like someone took the book to read in the library or wasn't placed back to the shelf. The library staff couldn't help much.. so galgal left disppointed with 2 other books. Had dim sum at Hoo Kee, looks new so decided to have a try. The food's good and.. not cheap. Cost me 15bucks.. haiz. should have looked at the price list before ordering, didn't expect a neightbourhood outlet like that to charge restaurant prices.
then galgal not feeling very well so came to my home.. 'make her feel better' and she falls asleep after that.. wokeup quite late and sent her home..
She also kinda couldn't shake off the dreaded feeling of having to work tmr... just hope tmr will be a smooth sailing day for the both of us *muackz galgal*
V-day disturbed? Not so la
Hmm actually galgal has said most of the happenings liao..
the most memorable one will be the Lion Dance Troop incident..hahaa.. Well when we were having our V-day dinner at Sercret Receipe in PS, we were expecting at least a quite and romantic dinner.. but this Lion Dance suddenly appeared at one of the shops in the upper floor and started banging away! So much for our quite dinner.. we weren't exactly angry, msybe just abit irritanted but laugh over it after the Lion Dance left.. lucky they only do it to one shop.. imagine what would happen if every shop welcomes the troop with open hands :P You can see below galgal's reaction to the Lion Dance hahaa..
Anyway.. today's a good day spent with galgal.. just a simple dinner & walk round orchard and went home.. well she was down with abit of flu and sore throat so don't want to strain her too much..
Tmr's gonna be a rest day for her since we have been out for most of the week.. hope she'll recover in time for the work on Monday.. happy valentine's day wifey.. love u alwayz. *muackz*
Galgal sulking when the Lion Dance invades our V-day dinner!
V-day Dinner
I'm still very sick, my cough has got better but I'm down with flu. Sigh... Hubby got me some cold relief tablets, was a bit better after taking it. But few hrs later, my running nose would start again, sigh... Met Hubby in the late afternoon ard 3.30pm and cos we had already missed the express bus to Orchard, decided to take another bus and switch bus again. Took 23 and dropped at somewhere near lavender. There was a 7-11 there and I suddenly had the craving for cup noodles, haha. Weird right? So me and Hubby popped in, bought a bottle of mineral water (Evian, my fav!!), green curry flavour cup noodles and a braised egg. Shared the noodles and egg and took the tablets before taking 64 to Orchard. Somehow, I got a terrifying appetite when I'm sick. I dunno if its becos I can't taste anything that I eat so it becomes such that, I don't feel hungry nor full at all. =xWhen we reached PS ard 4+pm, we walked ard and came across this shop known as "旺角". Its actually like Ah Kun's Roti shop but more trendy and bright. Ordered a ice blended lychee drink and a set of french loaf (petite) with kaya/butter, 2 eggs and a kopi or tea. Me and Hubby shared the food and it was already 5.30pm by the time we ordered and ate. And our dinner reservation was at 6.30pm!!! But well, after finishing everything, I still didn't feel full. =x *slaps forehead* Shopped ard somemore till 6.30pm came and went for our dinner. After I was happily settled down and we had decided wat to eat, I got a shock by the sudden music of the lion dance drums etc. It went on for sometime, I was thinking, is it gog on forever? If it is, I wonder if me and Hubby could even have a decent conversation w/o shouting over dinner. Luckily, it stopped after sometime. Dinner was gd though I couldn't taste anything and had to rely on Hubby to tell me the taste, wahaha.Ok, I'm really feeling terrible now, so gotta stop and gonna let Hubby fill in the details. X_X

V-day
Today will be me and galgal's V-day coz monday have to get back to work.. and everywhere would be crowded then. So celebrate early is a good thing if both parties are ok with it.. :P
Made reservation for dinner at Secret Recipe.. then guess we just stroll down Orchard before that..
Bought the ring for galgal because the diamond on the other ring dropped off and can't be found.. it's a pity la since it was a custom made ring and with a bigger diamond.. the new one that i got her was miniature in terms of the diamond size.. but all i could afford for now.. in sort of financial crisis here.. fortunately for me galgal is understanding *muackz*

Cough & cough...
Been coughing very badly till I feel blood occassionally and its so hard to get to sleep at night. Somehow, the moment I lie down, my throat starts to itch like mad and I keep coughing. Been like this for a couple of days, medication or cough syrup did not help too. Seems that I'm developing a flu also cos I have been sniffing since I came home. Sucks... Hate to be sick during this long holiday.Went to Dor's place ard 3+-4pm, Kris, Dor, Daniel & Dor's dad played mahong, while Hubby and I watch TV. Dor's dog (male) liked Hubby so much, kept sniffing him, LOL. Probably cos Hubby's dog is a female one and he got the "smell" of it. After a hr or so, Edmund came back, then me, Hubby, Dor and Edmund played Blackjack. In the end, I didn't lose or win anything, LOL. But I had quite gd luck actually, Hubby kept losing though and had to loan from me, hehe. Nvr like gambling, betting and playing mahjong/card games etc. Don't mean to be a wet blanket or spoilsport, but its really something I don't like and probably subconciously, against my principles?? I kindda really feel its money wasted and gone down the drain. If its just for fun, I prefer that no money is involved. Left Dor's place ard 6pm, had intended to go KTV with Hubby, but called up and was told we can only sing till 9pm. Not enuff for us and actually Hubby didn't want me to go becos of my throat. So went to Parkway instead to play pool, but upon reaching there, saw that almost all the tables were occupied. Somehow, all the ppl there were mostly Malay guys and only me and Hubby were Chinese, so I dropped the idea. Kindda felt uneasy as in like something was gog to happen, wahaha. Had a walk ard Parkway and bought a book at MPH. The title is "big Girls Don't Cry". A compilation of 4 love stories of big girls which I somehow could relate to being big sized myself, haha. One of the reason that attracted me to this book was the nenon colour of the cover, very striking and happened that one of the authors had e same name as me, hehe. Btw, her name is Brenda Jackson, haha, like the look of my name on it, lol. After that, had dinner at the hawker centre before heading home.Can't wait for tmr to come when me and Hubby go for our V-day Dinner at Secret Recipe. Hubby has already given me my V-day gift actually, a beatiful diamond ring. Was so touched by it and really love the design! Shall upload the pic, hehe.

Crazy Woman
I really had enough, she is getting more and more ridiculous and crazy. Being unhappy abt Hubby coming to fetch me and sending me home, even accuse of Hubby "bio" her. Pls lah, her imagination is damn good. How old is she liao, and she think she's pretty or wat that Hubby wanna look at her? If she dun like it, then wake up earlier lah and do her chores and make the hse nice nice as she says. I really felt like screaming at her.
She is really damn crazy and hard to please. Everything she sure find fault or probs with it. I go out what time she also wanna control. I really wonder why I have a mother like that. Even if she brought me up and gave me education, that doesn't mean she can take control of my life and I have to always listen to her. Everything/one must be to her liking. Come on, the whole world doesn't revolve ard her. She can always piss me off and spoil my day with her stupid words. Argh.... I wish I could tell her to fuck out of my life.
Day 2 - Grrrr..
I hate being accused of being something that i'm not and haven't done. After hearing from galgal that her mum is saying and telling everyone in the house that I' actually was looking at her 'seductively' and observing if she's wearing a bra' earlier in the day when i went to fetch galgal.. that's really the limit. I hate such personal attacks and definitely will use means to bring the attacker 'down to earth & back to reality'. If this gets too far, be assured the law is always there for me to utilise.
Oh c'mon, would i be interested to look at someone who's almost 50? She'd wished! Not even if she's naked!

On the 1st day of CNY
and so it came.. CNY hahaa.
hmm usual routine for CNY day 1, wakeup, got a few ang baos from my dad, aunt & grandma.
Then dressup and went to galgal's hm to pai nian, got a surprisingly big AB from her mum!
Fetch galgal to my home and started to collect ABs from my relatives who came.. We were waiting hopefully for the 'huge convoy' of ang baos to come but turns out that one of the aunt is in Malaysia, so no big convoy this year.. have to work hard to go around. Then we lobang along in my relatives' car and went around the grand-aunties' house.. wahaha. Collection is not bad.. come to think of it, this will be the 2nd year that i brought galgal around to meet my relatives for CNY.. hopefully this will carryon for years to come! galgal don't have any relatives so could say this is a new thing for her la.. ehh but then it's rightfully for her to share her ABs with me right since i brought her ard and those are my relatives..kekee. :P
But galgal suddenly didn't feel really well when she reached home.. had abit of sorethroat earlier but it got worse when she's home.. think she's sleeping now.. hopefully she'll feel better when she awakes... was planning to watch 'I do I do' then goto River Ang Bao.

Xin Nian Guai Le!
Hehe, gong hey fatt choy! So far already got 3 ang baos, 1 from co., 1 from big boss and 1 from my mum's bf. Hehe. Had maggi mee for dinner just now, yum yum. Mummy cooked one wor, she only cook once a yr, hehe, so taste extremely nice.
Been at home whole day and lazing ard. Played 2 rounds of Scrabbel with my sis in the late noon and it was a tie. Then watch tv and read a bit before watching tv. Hubby went to his uncle's place to have dinner, so I waited for his call. Called him just in time to say Happy New Year, hehe. Can't wait to see Hubby tmr too. I'm sure he'll look so dashing and smart in his new shirt, haha. Probably take a pic tmr, hehe.

Overhaul of Blog
Ok, finally its done. Been working on it since ytd, main prob was the wordings at the top, was wondering why I couldn't change it until finally Hubby told me just now its actually a picture. Haiz, so sad, wanted to customise it more.
Hope it looks nicer and brighter, haha. Do give your comments wor! Only thing I don't really like is that the tagboard is no longer next to the blog anymore. I'm not good in all these stuff, so guess I shall leave it alone... The only thing I know is trial & error and editing the original html or watever u call it, duhz...
Alrite, I'm coming down with a sore throat already though I haven't eaten any CNY goodies yet, sucks... Hope I recover soon, took medicine for my phlegm just now. Tonight had a good reunion dinner (yeah, we eat early) and Hubby joined us too. Happy mood, good food and all was merry and filled with joy, hehe. Feel blissfully in love now~
Hubby's gonna have his dinner tmr at his uncle's place, but I'm not gog cos seems tt they start dinner rather late and Hubby will have to bring his grandma back before he can send me back, so don't wanna trouble him also. Cooking Up a Storm
I'm feeling terrible now, my nose is like a leaking pipe. Dunno what happened, but somehow my sensitive nose is acting up again. In fact, recently, I been sniffing a couple of times a day especially cos of the haze. I'm sensitive to dust, smoke especially temperature changes.
Just finished cooking and having dinner, kindda tired out. Cooked a couple of dishes: Teriyaki chicken wings, mixed veggies, black pepper chicken and abalone with veggie. Shall ask Hubby to upload the pic of e dishes later, hehe. That glutton is still eating durian ice cream now, kaoz. No wonder his spare tyre getting bigger, definitely not a gd sign... =x
Tmr is Monday, hope the last work day would be smooth and the day will end soon, haha. Looking forward to my long holiday! Alright, gonna watch tv a while before I leave in like an hr's time for home. Leave it to Hubby to blog whatever I left out... Hehe... =p
Sat shopping..
have been a whole day of shopping.. picked galgal up at home then went to expo to buy pillows and bolsters for her mum, 4 pillows and 2 bolsters so no choice but to take cab home.. then come out again and took a long bus ride to queensway to look for my jeans.. hoping to find cheap jeans with the color and cutting i want, not every jeans will fit me well.. probably because of my fats :P
well i've always wear levis 515 but since paying that much is a problem now.. queensway seems to be a better bet got cheap alternatives. Reach there and was shocked by the crowd there.. it's the most crowd day i've ever seen at queensway... the place was filled with teens.. suddenly i feel so out of the place... Went ard and finally settle on one pair.. not really the color that i wanted but it's cheap and fits me well. Had the shop altered for me and they did it within 5mins, galgal was surpirsed they could settle it so quick.. if i had bought the jeans else where probably i have to get it altered outside.. not a bad deal for the quick service, total damage $33.
went to ikea and had meat balls and cheese cake.. yummy.. then saw alot of ppl eating chicken wings so galgal went to get a couple and we tried.. not bad i thought but she liked it alot.. was full after all that so can't take anymore.
Took a bus to parkway, another long ride but we nap all the way this time.. tried a couple of pants and bought a pair at U2.. not really cheap but i really needed a pair for work..
Wanted to buy a couple of goldfish and setup a mini-aquarium with galgal.. but really broke so have to put the plan on hold..
Oh yeah.. got a call sometime during the shopping from galgal's mum to tell us the guy whom she originally ordered the pillow and bolsters from actually turned up today.. so our efforts wasted and she got an extra set..
So the day ends.. tired and broke.. but enjoyed the day with galgal.

ok, was quite surprised what galgal bought me but not surprised she bought it today since it's her chance to buy it without me around.. But then again it didn't take long for me to find out with my methods of probing hahaa..
it maybe made of stainless steel but it's not cheap.. not worth the value in terms of materials but the love and thought that came with it is priceless.. I really like the card and the message that came with it heheee.. didn't know she get those feelings when she sees my 'willy' hahaa! nope i won't sy whay's on the card, try asking her! :P

Broke but happy
Alright, I know it sounds insane... I'm kindda broke, might even have problems to pay off my insurance and survive. But, I'm truly happy and enjoyed my day!
Woke up ard 12+pm, watched TV and read novel. Took a bath and went out ard 2+pm. Went shopping at TM, bought Hubby's V-day present & card and new lingerie. Bought myself a pinkie ring too! Heard abt the promotion thru Mei Lin, went to SK Jewellery ytd to try the ring on, but they only left with size 8 which was a little tight. Went to Soo Kee and saw they had e same promo n had size 9! Yeah! It cost only $19.90 and its white gold! Went on to SK and bought Hubby a bracelet. Yes, he already knows abt it, becos while I was doing my manicure & pedicure later at night with Charlene, that sly, notti man took it out from my bag and opened the box. Anyway, hopes he like it and the "kinky" card that I bought, lol. *blush* Ok, I just tot its kindda cute, maybe I'll let him tell e words on it if he wants to, wahaha.
After shopping, it was abt 5+pm, met up with Charlene and her bf for dinner since Hubby was near her place working. Gave them both a treat cos her bf leaving for Australia soon for studies and today happened to be their anni! Had a full, nice dinner then went to Eastpoint. Had wanted to go to Kbox Tampines initially, but they were charging at $21/pax at tt timing, kaoz. Anyway, we managed to find a place to do our classic pedicure and express manicure, so happy! Hehe, cost me abt $46. =x But, Hubby paid almost half for me, hehe, so sweet of him to pamper me like tt. Count count, I must have spent almost $200 in a day.... =x
Hubby's gonna nag at me le for spending money, but I really did enjoy the shopping today. =x Somehow, for me, I don't mind spending the money if its worth it and if I can make my frens/ppl ard me happy. It could be a little thing like a postcard, but it could probably cheer them up when they had a bad day and encourage them! Wishing all my frens happiness, wealth (nt juz in terms of $$$), health and may all ur dreams come true! *huggies*

So today galgal took leave and going to do shopping on her own while i go to work.. well she did get 2 more days of annual leave from some new 'spend the time with family and make babies' policy..sheesh, that's where small companies never catch up on employee benefits..
ok.. i woken up late and need to reach Jurong Port Rd at 11am.. which is 2 hours MRT/bus ride from home.. oh yeah.. V-day coming too, need to find cash and pressie for galgal.. another head cracking thingy again..haiz

Allo ppl, been a few days since I blog. Basically, I been real busy with my D&D stuff. Lotsa changes and meetings for the lucky draw prizes. Rushing here and there in between work and meetings, skipping lunch occasionally is tiring. But well, I'm on a diet, wahaha. Started on my 1 fruit as breakfast per day (almost everyday) and trying to eat more healthy, less fatty food etc.
Gd prizes that I would like to win too, for eg. the O2 Xda Mini, OSIM iSqueez is ok only, not tt keen, hopefully we can get plasma/LCD tv from sponsors, wahaha. I have finished my CNY shopping more or less, taken leave tmr (er, today actually since its already Fri early morning), to complete the rest and probably go for a mani/pedicure. My nails are so long and out of shape! Yikes... =p
